the guidelines of the Federation's activities;
elects
the President, Arbitrators and Auditors;
modifies
the Statute, if necessary;
approves
the budget and balance sheet;
determines membership fees.
Control
Council
implements
the policy set forth by the General Assembly and indicates
guidelines for the Federation;
proposes
the name of the President to be elected by the Assembly;
appoints
the Vice-Presidents;
elects
members of the Steering Committee;
deliberates
the guiding principles for the renewal of the National
Collective Agreement, the negotiations and final decisions;
deliberates
on any other matters in which local member Groups may
be involved.
Steering
Committee
within
the guiding framework of Assembly decisions and Control
Council suggestions, it points out the actions to be taken
by the Federation to implement its aims;
appoints
and revokes the General Director;
appoints
and revokes the delegation for negotiation with Trade
Unions;
prepares
the directives for the organisation of the Federation's
offices;
sets
up committees and study groups.
President
is
the legal representative of the Federation;
decides
how to execute the decisions of the Statutory Bodies;
deals
with the ordinary administration of the Federation;
in urgent
cases takes on the powers of the Steering Committee;
proposes
the names of Vice-Presidents for approval by the Control
Council and works with the appointees.
Board
of Arbitrators
examines
and considers disputes related to the interpretation and
application of the Statute and any eventual disputes between
members and the Federation.
Board
of Auditors
supervises
the economic and financial administration of the Federation
and submits to the General Assembly the auditors' report
and the balance sheet.
