Committee of Small Sized Metal Industry |

specifically related to small sized metal industries and
submits proposals to the Statutory Bodies of the Federation; |

consists of a permanent
delegate for each associated local Group; |

elects
10 delegates to the Control Council, four of whom sit
on the Steering Committee and one of whom is appointed
Vice-President for small sized industry. |

Metalworking
Local Groups' Presidents' Council |

members
are made up of the Groups' Presidents. The Council examines
work-related trends in the local area, exchanges information
and experience of different groups, puts forward specific
proposals and provides evaluation on the efficacy of Federation
actions. |

Experts'
Committee |

|
consists
of experts in industrial and Trade Union relations chosen
from among the representatives of local Associations and
of managers of the most significant Metalworking companies.
The Committee meets periodically to co-operate with the
Director-General to implement the decisions of Statutory
Bodies. |

Industrial
Relations Council |

|
consists
of people responsible for industrial relations in local
Industrial Associations. It periodically examines the
situation of industrial relations within associated companies
and conveys useful information to the Director-General. |
